With depression, when we need help the most is when we are least likely to ask for it.

The drop in serotonin causes us to want to withdraw and hide.

If you are anything like me, reading about advice online is useful but in the end you want another human being to be there for you.

Several people that I have been helping for free told me I should start coaching people because of how helpful it is to talk to someone who has been there before and be able to ask all those specific questions.

Whether we are talking about slight depression that is bringing you down everyday, trying to become depression free without all the medication, or when we are in the depths of a deep depression, it can be lifesaving to have another person who understands you.

I’ll create a safe space to hear what is going on in your life, hold you accountable to making some necessary changes, and we’ll create a plan to get you going on staying depression free.

Who I Work With

I work with a small amount of people at a time so that each person is getting my full, undivided attention.  I am selective about the people I do work with.  I’m looking for people that are ready to change and open to new ideas about fixing their depression.

If the situation is especially complex and I’m not sure I can provide you with the fullest value I will tell you.
